Welcome to Melbourne, Australia for the new season of Formula One. new season, new rules, new teams. there a lot to expect in this season. will it be a season where big guns fall while small teams prevail? as the drivers get ready for the 5 lights to be illuminated, the tension grows....

and when the 5 red lights illuminate, the Australian Grand Prix is go! poor start from Barichello, not moving from his 2nd spot and many drivers overtake him. and look at the Ferraris, they r using KERS immediately. and they already gained few places already but at the head of the order, Button leads Vettel by already 4 seconds, follow by Massa. oh, we got an accident at the back. Mark Webber, Nick Heidfeld, Adrain Sutil, Braichello clashed. oh dear. Barichello only minor but the 3 others all have their nose wing disappeared.

after 10 laps, the two Ferrari and Kubica and Hamilton comes in for a pit stop, now moving on to harder-compound tyres after using the damaging softer tyres. Jenson Button now has cushion of 35 seconds after 17 laps done.

OH! WE GOT AN ACCIDENT HERE. Kazuki Nakajima spuns wide and Bang! there goes the car. Safety Car deployed! Button's effort all wasted. but after safety car gone, he makes another comfortable lead and Hamilton is making very big progress. inside top 8 already, champion's stuff in an uncompetitive McLaren car!

and Massa's off, he running slowly now, mechanical failure! and for 2 seasons in a row, Massa will start the championship chase with no points. and Ferrari's day got worsen as Raikkonen makes his last season mistake again! spunning off once again. both tyres hit against the wall, but able to go on. but also drop quite a lot of places.

we are 3 laps away from the end of the first race. Button leading still and now, Kubica chasing Vettel, woh! they r wheel to wheel now, both makes a turn. OH NO! both of them clashes together, both of thier front wings clashed and say bye-bye. Retirement. this means Barichello moves to 2nd and HAMILTON up to 3rd. what a champion stuff! oh, he MAKES MISTAKE. Trulli moves up ahead of him. what a disappointment for Hamilton. but Brawn GP cr8 history as Jenson Button and Rubens Barichello makes a historic 1-2 on their debut race. Trulli takes in 3rd. tremendous stuff!
