yesterday match between Bolton and Liverpool ended up 2-0 winners to Liverpool. But there r many misses with both sides creating lots of chances sia. Liverpool must bounce back from their 4-2 defeat to Tottenham at the Carling Cup.

24th minutes gone and Kuyt sends a pass to Gerrard. Gerrard in return pass in back to Kuyt. Kuyt had a fierce shot... HIT AGAINST THE CROSSBAR! how unlucky.

5th mins ltr, this time Riera tries to cross, blocked. it ends to Aurelio. he crosses. Kuyt head it deep. GOAL! what a goal from Dirk Kuyt. 4th league goal of the season. 1-0 to Liverpool.
Less than 1 min after tht goal. Bolton r pegged back again. Kuyt goes the into penatlty area, had a pass. Keane is only 2 metres outside the goal but he MISSES!! wat a chance.

juz b4 the end of 1st half, Bolton had a corner. OH, Cahill heads it. GOAL!!! WAIT, REF HAD BLOWN HIS WHISTLE. GOAL DISALLOWED! Relieve for Liverpool fans.

2nd half starts and Ricardo Gardner immediately made an impact. a great through pass at the 52th minute saw Gardner break the Liverpool defence. he charged forward... Reina comes out, Gardner goes pass him, tries to have a shot... BUT HE SLIPS and MISS!! wasted opportunity for Bolton.

Torres comes up for Keane and he also made an immediate impact. He gets the ball and cross from the right side. Same situation as for Keane, Gerrard has an open goal. BUT WHAT HE DOES!! HE MISSES THE SHOT FROM JUST 2 YARDS. nervous tension for Liverpool fans.

and they are made more nervous when Gardner have yet another chance to shoot. but he powers it over. MISS AGAIN!

But they finally can celebrate when 73rd min comes. Andy O'Brien had a poor header and Torres takes it but had a poor 2nd touch. O'Brien takes the ball but Torres scooped it away immediately. he runs the right area and O'brien tries to take the ball away, FAILS... Torres turns around immediately and crosses with his right foot... Gerrard comes in immedately and made a diving header... GOAL!!! absolutely no chance for Bolton goalkeeper, Jaaskelainen. 2-0 to Liverpool.

Lucas, who comes on Kuyt, was free and open at 88th min and he takes tha ball and pass it to Torres. Torres had a shot. HE SHOOTS HIGH AND CLIPS AGAINST THE OUTSIDE OF THE WOODWORK! MISS.

and then in injury time, Gerrard execute a wonderful cross and Lucas was totally free again and he heads... MISS! HE HEADS IT STRAIGHT INSTEAD OF HEADING TOWARDS THE GOAL. WASTED AGAIN. but in the end Liverpool wins 2-0 and they still joint top with Chelsea with 32 pts. Next up Fulham.
