so it was 2 days ago where i was watching the health thingy on ch u on 12am. so it was talking abt if u r angry yr blood pressure will follow as well, tht 1 i noe

then the next 1 caught me interest, they say cannot use too much soap whenever u bath, it will make the skin more drier and diseases will come as well. i was like wow, i didnt noe tht.

so nowadays i really cut down on the quantity of soap i was using.
